Who it fits

Key specs explained for this sofa

Overall Width: 53.2 inches

This width defines the loveseat as a compact two-seater. It fits comfortably in small apartments or bedrooms without overwhelming the floor plan. You can place it against a wall or in a corner with ease. When shopping for sectional sofas, compare this to larger three-seaters that often exceed 80 inches. This size is ideal if you need extra seating without sacrificing too much living space.

Upholstery Material: Chenille

Chenille fabric offers a soft, textured surface that resists scratches and claw marks. This makes it a practical choice for homes with pets. The material is also breathable and easy to clean. When comparing sectional sofas, note that chenille is often more durable than standard polyester. It provides a cozy feel while maintaining a structured look suitable for modern mid-century designs.

Seat Depth: 22 inches

A 22-inch depth provides ample room for your legs and waist. It supports a relaxed sitting posture without feeling too deep or too shallow. This dimension ensures comfort for most adults. When evaluating sectional sofas, check if the seat depth matches your preference for lounging versus upright sitting. This depth strikes a balance between casual relaxation and formal seating comfort.

Seat Cushion Thickness: 7.5 inches

This thick cushion integrates foam and springs for a soft yet supportive feel. It helps prevent sagging over time and maintains its shape during daily use. You will notice less pressure on your hips compared to thinner cushions. When comparing sectional sofas, prioritize this thickness for long-term comfort. It suggests a higher quality build that supports heavier weights without losing resilience.

Before you buy this loveseat

You should verify your doorway dimensions before ordering. The unit weighs 42.8 pounds, which is manageable for most adults, but narrow stairwells may still pose a challenge. Ensure your space can accommodate the 31.5-inch depth and 53.2-inch width without blocking traffic flow. This model is a standalone loveseat, not a sectional component. If you are building a modular setup, check if TROMY offers matching corner pieces or chaises, as this listing only describes the two-seater. Upholstery care involves regular vacuuming to maintain the chenille texture. The fabric resists scratches, but you should avoid harsh chemicals. Consider adding throw pillows for lumbar support, as the 7.5-inch cushion focuses on seat depth rather than back height. This sofa suits small rooms or bedrooms. It does not replace a full sectional for large living rooms. Pair it with a compact coffee table to complete the look.

Check before you buy

• Measure your entryway width against the 31.5-inch depth.
• Confirm the 53.2-inch width fits your intended space.
• Check if TROMY sells matching sectional modules.
• Ensure your floor can support 42.8 pounds.
